Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a capable RFQ support specialist to join our Singapore team in Tuas. The role focuses on handling RFQs, coordinating quotes, and maintaining accurate records in our ERP system.

You will download inquiries from portals such as Ship-Serv and MarineLink, update D365 and SCINT, and support the Commercial Director and line manager under tight deadlines. Training provided; AWS included; 5.5 days work schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within deadlines: receive, create, and distribute quotes.
• Download inquiries and orders from portals like Ship-Serv, BaseNet, MarineLink.
• Update ERP data in D365 & SCINT.
• Assist the Commercial Director and line manager as required.

Position Overview

Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.

Location: Tuas (5‑min walk from Gul Circle MRT).

Compensation: $2,800 - $4,400 + AWS. Training provided. 5.5 days: Upon confirmation alternate 5.5 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time, including receiving, creating, and distributing quotes to the client.
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet‑based customer portals & e‑platforms (e.g., Ship‑Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B).
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel).
• Ability to work under constant deadline pressure.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
