Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking a Commercial Support professional in Singapore to handle RFQs, source inquiries from Ship-Serv and other portals, and maintain accurate ERP data in D365 and SCINT. You will coordinate with the Commercial Director and team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced maritime environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to work under pressure, and solid interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under constant deadline pressure.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client.
• Download customer inquiry and orders from portals and e-platforms (Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc).
• Accurately update information and line items in the ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager.

• Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.
• Tuas (5-mins walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• 5.5 days: Uponconfirmation alternate 5.5 days
• $2,800 - $4,400 + AWS
• Training Provided

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements:

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
