Job summary

Focal Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage the full procurement cycle, from supplier sourcing to delivery follow-up, to support business requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering or technical service industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, RFQ issuance, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, purchase order processing and delivery follow-up.
• Procure materials, equipment and services to support business requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and supplier performance, address delivery delays, quality concerns and commercial issues.
• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery performance and overall commercial value.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data maintenance and regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely procurement support.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, approval procedures and governance requirements.
• Maintain procurement records in the ERP system, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Assist with procurement reporting, KPI tracking and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, reliability and overall commercial value.
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data maintenance and regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective procurement support.
• Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, approval procedures and procurement governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records in the ERP system, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Assist with procurement reporting, KPI tracking and initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency, cost effectiveness and processes.
