Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage RFQs within tight timelines and to process inquiries and orders from multiple e-portals. You will ensure accurate data entry in D365 and SCINT ERP systems, and support the commercial team with day-to-day tasks.

Applicants should have strong English communication, be proficient in MS Excel, and thrive under deadline pressure. A collaborative, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling RFQs within set deadlines.
• Experience updating data in ERP systems like D365 and SCINT.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Excel and related office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time frame from receipt to distribution to clients.
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various portals and e-platforms (e.g., Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B).
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
• Perform additional duties as directed by Commercial Director or line manager.
• Demonstrate good spoken and written English; work under deadlines; be a team player with interpersonal skills.

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
