Overview
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential new clients. Oversee the contract scope of works and commercial matters.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, contractors for the contractual rates and services & products.
- Negotiate acceptable contracts with clients with the minimum of risks exposure to the company.
- Take ownership and responsibilities for project management duties and finance related matters for the allocated fund for project costing.
- Organizing and coordinating project activities in accordance with project schedules to complete the tasks timely constantly monitor the status of planning, safety, environmental and quality activities.
- To manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and to meet contract deadline and client requirement.
- To ensure works / contractual order in place before initiating of works.
- To maintain high quality service and productivity level are operated in effective & efficient manner by ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- To continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- To identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; resolve operational issues on site.
- Planning of manpower accordingly to job structure to meet schedule and progress.
- Set daily / weekly job progress target (according to no. of hours to weight ratio).
- To coordinate with Finance department on billing, costing, budgeting, and cash flow matters.
- Prepare necessary projects reports for analysis of results and manage problem area.
