Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in coffeeshop, food court, or F&B operations management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEA policies and hygiene standards.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work shift hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffeeshop including performance and service quality.
• Develop relationships with stall owners and manage tenancy matters.
• Lead and manage service crew, cleaners, and support staff effectively.
• Ensure efficient inventory control and coordinate with vendors for supplies.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
