We’re a new café built around good coffee, good desserts, and even better conversations — a place where people feel at home. We’re looking for friendly, reliable crew members who enjoy connecting with people and take pride in serving consistently great coffee and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, promptly attend to customers’ queries.
• Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, coffee bean origins and brewing methods. Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their cafe experience.
• Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace according to hygiene, safety and food handling standards.
• Receive and check inventory and perishables. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
• Report to Cafe Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B.
• Background in coffee is preferred.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
