• Ensure preventive maintenance and safe operation of CNC equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Review technical drawings, provide machining solutions, and support new product development.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.
• Train and develop engineers/operators to improve technical skills and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and company policies.
