Job summary

A local community service organization in Singapore is seeking a Clubhouse Executive (Night Duty Officer) for a 1+1 year contract. This role involves assisting management in daily operations, handling customer enquiries, and overseeing staff during night shifts. Candidates should possess a Nitec qualification and have at least 1 year of customer service experience, alongside strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The position requires working on weekends and public holidays.

CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE (NIGHT DUTY OFFICER) (1 + 1 Year Contract)

(Location : Changi 1, Changi 2 and Loyang)

As a Clubhouse Executive (Night Duty Officer) in our Changi 1, Changi 2 and Loyang, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Operations.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist the Manager in the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
  • Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
  • Manage housekeepers and security guards.
  • Oversees the Chalet operations when on duty overnight.
We want you, if you have/are:
  • Minimum Nitec with at least 1 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A cheerful personality and willing to go “extra mile” for customers.
  • A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Proactive with good learning attitude.
  • Able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and overnight.
  • You will also be required to work on day shift when needed.
