A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure) for a 24-month contract. You will manage ICT Infrastructure services to meet service level agreements and security standards. Responsibilities include incident management, technical solutions design, and budget management. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant Cloud Service Provider certifications and at least 3 years of experience. This role offers a 5-day work week in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the role.
• Certifications with Cloud Service Providers, AWS experience preferred.
• Familiar with Security/InfoSec practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT Infrastructure services to meet SLAs and security standards.
• Resolve ICT Infrastructure Incidents within SLAs and improve incident management.
• Design and implement technical solutions ensuring compliance with security standards.
