Responsibilities:
- Lead business and technical consultations to support tenant onboarding to cloud platforms.
- Resolve onboarding challenges in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend technical solutions and propose process enhancements for smoother adoption.
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials, service documentation, and workflows.
Project & Performance Reporting
- Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and resource forecasts.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for project and management reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Knowledge Management
- Advise teams on cloud offerings, standards, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge resources and collaborate on training initiatives.
- Drive change management activities and communication efforts (e.g., townhalls, briefings).
Continuous Improvement
- Enhance onboarding workflows and reduce timelines for improved user satisfaction.
- Collect feedback to refine policies, processes, and cloud capabilities.
- Support implementation of emerging cloud technologies and training programs.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, with hands-on cloud exposure.
- Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, VMware, or Nutanix.
- Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
