As a Singapore leading aesthetics chain, you are expected to achieve high sales, working together with the aesthetics doctors and clinicians. Key Responsibilities

• To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
• To provide valuable advices to customers in a professional manner
• To recommend suitable treatment packages to customers
• To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body or hair
• To attend to incoming calls and arranging appointments
• To be responsible for own appointment bookings
• Daily housekeeping and upkeep of machine conditions
• Ensure condiments and accessories for customers are replenished at all times
• Other administrative work as assigned by branch managers or management

Role Requirement

• Min. requirement of Diploma or equivalent
• Good personal hygiene and well-groomed
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends
• Willing to travel
• Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage
• Preferred qualification in "para-medical science" degree / diploma in nutrition, food science, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy.
• Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage
• An independent and initiative individual who plays well in team
• Able to handle Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment
• Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) – you will need to use them daily
