As an Allied Health Professional, you will play a pivotal role in the Service Excellence Pillar, dedicating the majority of your time to delivering evidence‑based clinical care, including assessment, intervention and caregiver support. Working under the guidance of the Senior Practitioner, you will ensure the effective implementation of workflows and strategies that align with team goals. You will also contribute to programme evaluation by providing insights from clinical work to improve service delivery and outcomes. Additionally, you will support the Community Engagement and Awareness & Advocacy Pillars by collaborating on select initiatives to promote mental health awareness and inclusivity. This role emphasises direct client care while fostering recovery, resilience and holistic well‑being.
Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship‑building, counselling, casework management and caregiver support.
Strong organisational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate client and programme records.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community agencies to deliver holistic care.
Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.
Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in addressing diverse client needs.
Strong team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
