We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Director to lead and oversee our clinic providing osteopathy and physiotherapy services. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, managing clinical operations, and supporting the professional growth of the clinical team. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, operational management, and leadership capabilities to drive excellence and growth within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical activities within the clinic.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that aligns with the clinic’s mission and values.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals within the team.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols, standards, and procedures to maintain the highest level of patient care.
Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and optimal patient flow.
  • Collaborate with administrative and support teams to enhance operational workflows.
  • Monitor and manage clinical budgets, resource allocation, and staff schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
Team Development
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to support professional development.
  • Address any clinical performance or patient care concerns promptly and effectively.
Patient Care & Relations
  • Handle complex or escalated patient cases, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with patients and families to ensure their experience meets the clinic’s standards.
Business Development
  • Contribute to the growth of the clinic by identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote the clinic’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including referral networks.
Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Degree in Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field.
  • Relevant licensure or registration with the appropriate governing body.
  • Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in osteopathy, physiotherapy, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
