Job summary

A general practitioner clinic in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse to assist doctors in daily procedures and provide excellent patient care. The role requires a Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and maintain clinic standards while ensuring patient enquiries are handled professionally. This is a permanent position with a rotating shift schedule and offers training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in daily consultations and clinical procedures
• Perform patient assessment, record vital signs, and update patient records accurately
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed
• Conduct basic wound care, dressing, and removal of stitches
• Assist in minor surgical procedures and follow infection control protocols
• Provide health education and advice to patients on medication, treatment, and preventive care
• Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment and treatment areas
• Ensure clinic equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
• Handle patient enquiries and provide customer service with professionalism and care
• Adhere to all medical and nursing standards, as well as clinic policies and regulations
