Job summary

Acumed Medical Pte Ltd is hiring for an Administrative Support role in our clinics. You will handle reception, registration, appointment scheduling and records while assisting doctors and nursing staff in clinical tasks.

The role requires strong English, good interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. 44 hours per week across a 6-day schedule; commuters may rotate between clinics and contribute to a cooperative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across operations and patient care, including reception, registration, appointment scheduling and records.
• Assist Doctors, Radiographers and Nurses in clinical matters and routine procedures.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Monitor stock for medicines, arrange orders, and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain clinic housekeeping and ensure service and professional standards.
• Build rapport with patients and corporate clients, and address their needs.
• Oversee stationery, supplies, and equipment across clinics.
• Coordinate investigations, X-ray and medical reports; handle general inquiries.
• Support a smooth workflow and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception & registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling and others;
• Dispensing, assisting Doctors, Radiographers and Nurses in clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations and others;
• Sterilizing equipment, creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Drug administration duties such as stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance;
• Clinic housekeeping;
• Establishing good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
• Monitoring of stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics;
• Monitoring and follow up of investigations, X ray, medical reports, client requests;
• Handling of general enquiries; and
• Maintenance of service and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or ITE certificate
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical industry
• Prior experience in medicine dispensing preferred
• PC/computer literacy and ability to work efficiently are pre-requisites
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset

Additional Information

• Able to commit to clinic opening hours including evenings, weekends and/or public holidays
• Willing to travel between clinics
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week; 6 days work week
