Acumed Medical Pte Ltd is seeking a clinic administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across operations and patient care. You will assist clinicians, manage registrations, scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring smooth clinic workflow and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• GCE O level or ITE certificate required.
• At least 1 year in healthcare or medical industry preferred.
• Experience in medicine dispensing is an advantage.
• PC/computer literacy and English proficiency required.
• Good communication and cheerful personality are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support in operations and patient care (reception, registration, scheduling).
• Dispensing and assisting Doctors, Radiographers and Nurses in clinical tasks.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Monitor drug stock, order and maintenance.
• Clinic housekeeping and ensuring standards are met.
• Establish rapport with patients and corporate clients; follow up on requests.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and investigations, X-ray, reports.
• Handle general enquiries and maintain service quality.
• Willing to travel between clinics; cover evenings, weekends or public holidays as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception & registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling and others;
• Dispensing, assisting Doctors, Radiographers and Nurses in clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations and others;
• Sterilizing equipment, creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Drug administration duties such as stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance;
• Clinic housekeeping;
• Establishing good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
• Monitoring of stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics;
• Monitoring and follow up of investigations, X ray, medical reports, client requests;
• Handling of general enquiries; and
• Maintenance of service and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or ITE certificate
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical industry
• Prior experience in medicine dispensing preferred
• PC/computer literacy and ability to work efficiently are pre-requisites
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Cheerful personality

Additional Information

• Able to commit to clinic opening hours including evenings, weekends and/or public holidays
• Willing to travel between clinics
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week; 6 days work week
