Job summary

Chiropractic Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a bilingual administrator fluent in Mandarin and English to support our clinics. You will handle day-to-day operations, greet patients, translate information, and assist with appointment scheduling and inquiries.

This role focuses on excellent patient service, accurate record-keeping, invoicing support, and participation in events as needed. Weekend availability and a proactive, meticulous attitude are required to help our community live life to the

• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
• Confident and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or working in clinics is preferred

• 5-days work week; weekend availability is required
