Job summary

EZRA CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team.

The role encompasses administrative, cashiering, patient care, and clinical support, including registration, appointment management, dispensing medicines, stock control, and maintaining clinic hygiene. Applicants should have at least 1 year of healthcare experience and a minimum of GCE O Levels, with English and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties including answering phone calls and filing.
• Cashiering duties including payment collection and filing for claims.

• Clinical duties assisting the doctor in procedures.
• Inventory duties including stock monitoring and ordering medicines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Regular working hours ( NO work on Sundays & Public Holiday )

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Administrative duties including answering phone calls, maintaining simple filing, stock take.
• Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, account-keeping.
• Patient care duties including registration, maintaining appointments and dispensing of medications.
• Clinical duties assisting in clinical tasks such as assisting the doctor in procedures.
• Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, and ordering medicines.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Healthcare industry
• Required language: English and Chinese Mandarin is a MUST in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking patients
• Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity

Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification

Operating Hours Are:

• Monday to Fridays: 10am to 7.30pm
• Saturday: 10am to 3.30pm
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
