CHIROPRACTIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a bilingual administrative role fluent in Mandarin and English to translate information and assist Mandarin-speaking patients who may have limited English proficiency. The position focuses on daily clinic operations and patient support.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous administrative skills, and dependability. 5-day work week with weekend availability, plus medical and dental benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Bilingual requirement: Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Represent the clinic as an ambassador of its mission.
• Assist patients/members and provide information.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls and emails.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Manage invoices and payments at clinics.
• Participate in corporate events when required.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
