Job summary

Ezra Clinic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support administrative, cashiering and patient care tasks. The role includes registering patients, dispensing medications, assisting clinicians, managing stock, and maintaining clinic hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Healthcare industry.
• English and Chinese Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with Chinese-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties including answering phone calls, maintaining simple filing, stock take.
• Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, account-keeping.
• Patient care duties including registration, maintaining appointments and dispensing of medications.
• Clinical duties assisting in clinical tasks such as assisting the doctor in procedures.
• Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, and ordering medicines.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Monday to Fridays: 10am to 7.30pm

• Saturday: 10am to 3pm
