Job Purpose
We are seeking a Client Success Manager / Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of LocktonConnect, our core client platform. Acting as a bridge between Teambase and our client, this role will combine platform expertise, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful delivery and long-term success.
Job Description, Key Tasks and Measurements
- Act as a LocktonConnect platform SME, providing guidance, training, documentation and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead project management activities across client rollouts, onboarding, and adoption programs.
- Work closely with users to gather and document requirements. Analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, complete and feasible.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Oversee release management, ensuring platform updates are communicated, managed and adopted effectively.
- Support users’ testing and troubleshooting to ensure system meets agreed requirements.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence platform enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration.
- 4+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within SaaS or platform rollouts.
- PMP or PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong track record in delivering SaaS implementations, client rollouts, or onboarding projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.
- Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of insurance or InsurTech is an advantage but not essential.
