Job summary

TDCX is hiring in Singapore for a customer service role within a leading BPO company. You will deliver excellent service to partner brands, handle multiple data systems, and resolve customer issues across channels.

The role emphasizes strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, plus a focus on data integrity and customer satisfaction. The position requires at least a diploma or higher and two years of relevant experience in luxury retail or contact centre activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field is required.
• Two years of experience in retail luxury or contact centre/e-commerce is required.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses based on customer data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all communication channels.
• Identify and analyse customer issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Process required data using systems while following data security policy, escalating where needed.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and propose improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to deliver strong after-sales service.
• Adhere to company policies to uphold professionalism.
