We are seeking a dedicated and reflective English Teacher to join our early years team and contribute to a multilingual, child-centred learning environment.
Your Role
You will teach in English the French National Curriculum, enriched by IB-inspired practices, to children aged 2 to 6 years, including possible multi-age groups.
You will work closely with French and Mandarin teachers to ensure coherent learning pathways and meaningful language exposure throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Teach in English Language the French Curriculum through play-based, inquiry-driven and developmentally appropriate approaches.
Co-plan lessons with language counterparts to ensure consistency and shared learning objectives.
Observe, assess and support each child’s cognitive, social and emotional development.
Share learning observations and progress regularly with the School Principal and families.
Collaborate closely with the Classroom Assistant to support daily routines, transitions and learning moments.
Contribute to the development of the school’s pedagogical vision and curriculum.
Supervise morning and/or afternoon breaks as per the schedule.
Attend all team meetings and professional development sessions.
Participate in school life beyond the classroom (Open Houses, community events, end-of-year celebrations).
Engage in regular communication with parents, including scheduled parent-teacher meetings.
Support extracurricular and enrichment activities when relevant.

Profile We Are Looking For
Qualified Early Years or Primary Teacher. (French curriculum experience preferred)
Fluent English speaker.
Experience with children aged 2–6, ideally in an international or bilingual context.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and language acquisition.
Reflective, collaborative and passionate about innovative, child-centred education.
Comfortable working in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
