A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on project management within the Oil and Petrochemical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Civil Engineering and 2 to 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, coordinating installations, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Competency in Autocad and Microsoft Office tools will be advantageous, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing and specifications.
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects in compliance with system specifications.
  • Involved in project management.
  • Coordinate installation supervision such that commissioning and start up is in accordance to contract.
  • To liaise with client representative on all project issues and sub-contractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects to both the company and clients satisfaction.
  • Assist with the management of internal and external third-party interfaces.
  • Plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
  • Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of list of materials (LOM).
  • To monitor the progress of projects.
  • To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity.
  • To verify technical specifications for adequacy.
  • To maintain and disseminate technical specifications to superintendent and supervisor.
  • To identify and record any product quality problems and to verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Involved in all site meetings.
Qualifications
  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 2 to 3 years working experiences in Oil/Petrochemical related industries.
  • Working knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project would be an added advantage.
  • Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
