Job Duties & Responsibilites

• Provide strategic leadership for all technology initiatives and IT operations across the organization
• Oversee daily system operations, monitor workflow, and ensure high system availability and stability
• Maintain close coordination with system vendors, internal teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and smooth integration
• Ensure timely resolution of reconciliations, suspense items, and system-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes, internal controls, and system compliance
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and act as a key escalation point for technical issues
• Conduct system demonstrations and promote internal user adoption through training and engagement
• Guide the integration of IT systems with our sister company to ensure a seamless operating infrastructure
• Manage documentation including user manuals, system guides, and technical support materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to align technology with business goals
• Provide internal first-level IT support and oversee the performance of the in-house portfolio management tools
• Take joint responsibility for a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment to support company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or technology leadership, preferably in a financial or tech-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hands‑on experience in system maintenance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical teams
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
• Familiar with system compliance, internal controls, and service‑level monitoring
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in both startup and structured corporate settings

Good to have

• Experience using Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data platforms
• Proficiency in scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Experience with enterprise software or portfolio management systems
• Exposure to cross‑border or multi‑company IT integration projects
