932 Design Group is looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and build the foundation for scalable growth. This role is ideal for a technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment, balancing strategic leadership with deep technical execution.

The CTO will lead the development of secure, high-performance, and scalable platforms, ensuring technology decisions align closely with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Technology Strategy, Leadership & Execution

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology and IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead and assemble a diverse, high-performing team of technologists/ engineers/ innovators to develop AI-driven initiatives across the organization.

Product Development, Architecture & Platforms

• Oversee the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance while meeting business and customer requirements.
• Optimize application architecture, system integrations, and development processes to support rapid growth.

Security, Risk Management & Compliance

• Own the cybersecurity and technology risk management strategy.
• Safeguard digital transactions, sensitive data, and mission-critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards.
• Lead audits, regulatory reviews, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.

IT Infrastructure, Operations & DevOps

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Drive DevOps adoption, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and operational performance.

Team Leadership, Collaboration & Vendor Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and IT teams.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, product teams, and external stakeholders.
