Job description

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across game development, publishing, live operations, and corporate functions.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps.
• Ensure operational alignment across studios, teams, and external partners.

Business & Process Management

• Design and implement scalable processes, policies, and internal controls.
• Improve operational efficiency, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Establish performance management frameworks and reporting structures.

People & Organisation

• Partner with leadership to build strong organisational structure and talent pipelines.
• Oversee HR operations including workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.

Finance, Legal & Compliance Oversight

• Work closely with finance, legal, and external advisors on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, employment, and corporate governance requirements.
• Support contract management, vendor negotiations, and risk management.

Growth & Scaling

• Support new game launches, studio expansion, and international growth initiatives.
• Manage external stakeholders including publishers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives critical to company growth and operational maturity.
