Responsibilities

• Develop,implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processesthat provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our keyinitiatives.
• Buildand maintain relationships with all department heads, externalpartners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activityand strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics forthe day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient andtimely completion of tasks.
• Devise strategies to ensure growth ofprograms enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing processimprovements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
• Workclosely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establishand maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Requirements
