  • Banking relationships & financing (local banks)
  • Team (supported by FC / SMEs)
  • Multiple BU / entity
  • Building a finance leadership (stability)
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the Group’s finance and accounting function, including financial control, reporting, treasury, tax, and consolidation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, providing clear financial insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning across multiple business units.
  • Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and SGX requirements.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, management reporting, and disclosures to senior management, Board, and investors.
  • Manage group consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and operating units.
  • Work closely with business and project leaders on financial evaluation, funding assessments, due diligence, and tax structuring (without being involved in day‑to‑day project accounting).
  • Oversee treasury, cash flow planning, financing activities, and maintain strong working relationships with local and regional banks.
  • Serve as the primary finance liaison with auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, and controls, including ERP optimisation and data‑driven reporting.
Requirements
