Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Head of Enterprise Development & Innovation to drive growth and service diversification. You will lead initiatives focused on sustainability, service and digital innovation, while ensuring financial accountability. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, a strong background in business development, and a commitment to trauma-informed practices. This is a contract position set for 2 years and offers a significant opportunity to influence the company's impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or business development role.
  • Proven success in developing, launching, or scaling income-generating initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving digital adoption, service innovation, or organisational transformation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a systems-level mindset.
