Job summary
A food service company in Singapore is looking for an experienced chef with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities include preparing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen. Candidates must have at least 2-5 years of experience and a food hygiene certification. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

- Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving according to the menu.
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
- Process all food according to company and government regulatory control.
- Able to fill in any area of kitchen at any time.
- Keep utensils and equipment clean and sanitary.
- Remove trash and manage storage bins.
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Proven min 2-5 years of experience as chef.
- Food Hygiene cert required.
- Able to communicate skills and be a team player.
- Cheerful and self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
