A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Channel Sales Executive to manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology and 2 years of relevant experience in the networking or security industry. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude are essential. This role involves cold calling and handling customer enquiries alongside order processing.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Channel Sales Executive is responsible to;

• Manage and develop existing customers for more business opportunities
• Cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Assist on administrative tasks and other internal support when required
• Handle Quotation Request from the assigned list of Resellers
• Manage and Support all Enquiries pertaining to this set of resellers
• Weekly update of Sales commit and pipeline Report on all quotation sent out to overseas account if any
• Work closely with product managers to promote product and services sales to customers
• Order Processing inclusive of overseas order

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Have at least 2 years of related working experience in the networking, security or unified communication solutions industry.
