Job summary

Job description

1. Primarily recruiting experienced professional managers for the position of Chairman's Assistant in major companies. Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens and Singapore PR holders. Candidates with local networks and connections are preferred.

2. Ideally, candidates should have a master's degree or higher, with proficiency in English and Chinese preferred. Singaporean citizens are preferred. Salary ranges from SGD 4,000–10,000 per month (based on the candidate's experience and abilities; graduates from NUS or NTU may receive higher salaries).

3. Five-day workweek, two days off, rest on Sundays and public holidays.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chairman
  • Manage and coordinate the Chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and official events
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, accurately record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action items
  • Serve as a key communication interface between the Chairman, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Organize, maintain, and safeguard important company documents, contracts, and reports
  • Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives, providing timely reminders and concise status updates
  • Handle sensitive information and data related to the Chairman with the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Chairman
