What the role is:

Support the development and activation of JTC’s LaunchPad ecosystems, fostering a vibrant environment for startups, corporates, and research institutions. Shape strategy, build partnerships, engage communities, and design programmes that drive innovation and collaboration. Strengthen Singapore’s innovation landscape and position LaunchPads as premier hubs for deep tech and emerging industries.

What you will be working on:

• Ecosystem Development: Build strategies to grow the LaunchPad community and support Singapore’s innovation goals; stay updated on industry trends to guide program planning; track and report on the community’s growth and success.
• Partnership Development: Build relationships with accelerators, investors, universities, and government agencies; support the creation of partnership agreements that benefit the community; identify and connect startups with businesses and corporate partners.
• Community Building & Engagement: Plan activities that encourage networking and knowledge sharing; provide mentorship and access to resources for startups; organise events to promote LaunchPad and engage the community.
• Innovation & Talent Programs: Run programmes that help startups and businesses solve problems together; support talent programmes to train innovation-focused professionals; experiment with new ideas to improve the ecosystem’s value.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and analyse data to track community activities and events; use data to improve programmes and measure success; prepare regular updates on progress and results for senior management.

What we are looking for:

• Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in ecosystem development, innovation management, corporate partnerships, or startup community building.
• Strong understanding of the startup and innovation landscape in Singapore and the region.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across public, private, and academic sectors.
• Experience in programme design, event management, and community engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
