Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy LeadershipFormulate and execute the company’s global financial strategy to support aggressive business growth and expansion goals, ensuring full alignment between financial planning and the company’s overall strategic objectives.

2. Capital Raising & Investor RelationsLead and oversee the company’s global financing activities (including but not limited to private equity, debt financing, and strategic investment). Establish and maintain a robust network with global investors, investment banks, and financial institutions. Serve as the core leader for the company’s upcoming overseas IPO initiatives.

3. Financial Operations & ManagementDevelop and implement a unified global financial management system, internal control framework, and risk management mechanism. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of global financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and regional accounting standards.

4. Strategic Decision SupportProvide in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation for key strategic decisions such as international market entry, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures, to ensure scientific decision-making and optimal return on investment.

5. Team & Culture DevelopmentRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performance, international financial team at the global headquarters and future regional hubs, fostering an excellent financial culture.

Job Requirements

1. Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration from a reputable university. Holding internationally recognized professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA is mandatory.

2. Language ProficiencyNative-level fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required. Ability to use both languages as working languages for complex financial negotiations and presentations.

3. Work Experience

   • 12+ years of professional experience in finance, with at least 8 years serving in senior financial management roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, Senior Finance Director) at large multinational corporations (Fortune Global 500 companies or well-known listed companies).

   • Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-border financing projects (equity or debt financing) is mandatory. Candidates with full-cycle leadership experience in overseas IPOs will be preferred.

   • Experience in environmental protection, energy, chemical engineering, heavy industry, or agriculture is a plus.

   • Mature experience in managing complex international business financial structures, tax planning, and foreign exchange risk management.
