Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency invites a proactive professional to join Incentives Management Division to support SFEC administration and day-to-day operations.

You will perform QA on outsourced partners, handle appeals, assist system enhancements, review SOPs, engage stakeholders, and assist with data reporting to enable evidence-based decisions in a fast-paced CET environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or system development.
• Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and CET is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance of Outsourced Service Partner: Perform quality checks on the outsourced service partner, including sampling checks to ensure the service provider adheres to SOPs and policy requirements.
• Appeals Handling and Stakeholder Coordination: Handle appeals requiring investigation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution.
• System Enhancement Support: Assist in implementing enhancements to systems used for credit disbursement and recovery.
• SOP Review and Work Instructions: Review SOPs and issue work instructions to keep processes current.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support engagement with training providers and partners to facilitate effective communication.
• Data Extraction, Collation and Reporting: Assist with data extraction, collation and basic analysis for reporting and decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Support divisional and organisational projects and tasks as required.
