Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) invites applications for a role within the Incentives Management Division. Reporting to the team lead, you will support the SFEC administration and day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and prompt, fair resolution of appeals.

Qualifications

• Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently.
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or system development.
• Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and CET (CET) is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance of Outsourced Service Partner: perform quality checks to ensure SOP compliance.
• Appeals Handling and Stakeholder Coordination: investigate and coordinate for timely resolution.
• System Enhancement Support: assist in system improvements for credit disbursement and recovery.
• SOP Review and Work Instructions: review SOPs and issue work instructions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: support engagement activities with training providers and partners.
• Data Extraction, Collation and Reporting: assist with basic data analysis for reporting needs.
• Ad Hoc Duties: support divisional projects and other tasks as required.
