Job summary

Office of Finance is seeking an Executive to support CET program financial operations, including billing, collections, and processing financial schemes.

You will assist in managing the end-to-end grant claims process, from submission and tracking to reconciliation and disbursement monitoring, and follow up with stakeholders on pending, outstanding, or rejected claims. Strong MS Office skills and clear written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in accounting, business or finance.
• Public Sector finance experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful team player.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the financial aspects of CET programs, including billing and collections.
• Assist in end-to-end grant claim process: submission, tracking, reconciliation, and disbursement monitoring.
• Follow up on pending, outstanding, or rejected claims with stakeholders.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
