Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in driving growth for our Singapore centres. You will promote our programmes, manage inquiries, and run sales activities to achieve enrolment targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and a strong English proficiency. Weekend retail availability is required; comprehensive training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in the customer service field
• At least 1 year in a manager-level position
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingualism a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve monthly lead generation and enrolment targets
• Mentor team members to meet management targets
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Lead sales activities and events for lead generation and conversions
• Retain customers through problem solving and high service standards
• Support centre growth by driving high closure/conversion rates
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Handle general administration
