Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager in Singapore to support centre success. You will work with the Centre Manager to execute sales strategies, drive enrolments, manage daily operations, and mentor staff to meet targets.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, training delivery, events coordination, and adherence to Aureus Curriculum System, with a focus on sustainable growth and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Available to work on both weekends with two weekdays off.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically in sales situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Goal-driven with ability to drive centre growth.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrollment targets and lead sales initiatives for centre growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a high-quality centre experience.
• Administer training programs and mentor staff to meet targets.
• Promote positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Maintain customer relationships and high service standards.
• Communicate issues proactively to management.
• Ensure adoption of Aureus Curriculum System and achieve set goals.
• Document evaluations, development plans, and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
