Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager in Singapore to support the Centre Manager in driving sales, managing daily operations, and mentoring staff. The role focuses on achieving business growth, elevating customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement within the centre.

Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, coordinating events, and implementing training programs to meet targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
At least 1 year in a team-leader position
Available to work on weekends with two weekdays off days
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Goal-driven with ability to prioritize tasks for centre growth
Commitment to compliance and ethical business practices

Responsibilities

Evaluate front desk performance and customer service quality through a 360-degree feedback loop
Oversee logistics, facilities maintenance, and aim for a 5-star hotel-like experience
Lead sales and growth with monthly lead generation and enrolment targets
Foster positive workplace culture and organize staff welfare events
Drive customer relationship management to retain clients and meet satisfaction targets
Ensure consistent communications aligned with company values across channels
Guarantee adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System (Enigma)
Document and report team evaluations and development plans
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
