Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving sales, enrolments and centre growth. You will manage daily operations, foster a customer-centric culture, and ensure high-quality service for students and families.

You will be responsible for achieving targets, coordinating training and development, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, while working retail hours including weekends in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service with 1 year in a managerial role.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment targets and contribute to centre growth.
• Handle inquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Plan and execute growth plans for teachers and centres.
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation.
