Salary: Up to $4,000 + Quarterly Incentives + Yearly Bonus
Working Location: Our Tampines Hub
Working Hours: Friday to Tuesday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Wednesday & Thursday off)
Primary Role Coverage:
Teaching Support (observe and understand students’ learning progress)
Sales & Advisory (needs-based enrolment, not KPI-driven selling)
Operations Management (class scheduling and centre operations)

We are seeking a Centre Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of the daily running of our learning centre. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to customer acquisition, operations, teaching support, and community management, working closely with the founding team.
Customer Acquisition & Sales
Be a key member of the customer acquisition team, onboarding new parents into the community
Share the organisation’s vision and recommend suitable coding programmes based on each child’s learning needs
Follow up with parents after assessments or trial classes to support enrolment conversion
Plan and execute lead generation activities such as parent sharing's and trial classes
Ensure timely collection of programme-fees
Customer Success & Community Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students, acting as a trusted point of contact and advocate
Support customer success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions, and community events (e.g. fireside chats)
Track students’ progress and maintain long‑term engagement with families
Foster a strong and supportive parent community
Teaching & Student Support
Observe tutorial classes to understand students’ learning levels, progress, and needs
Work closely with the teaching team to assess students and align programme recommendations
Operations & Administration
Oversee daily centre operations, including class scheduling and office supply ordering
Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding emails, data entry, research, and reporting
Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system
Interest in Computer Science, Engineering, or technology education
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or education-related roles
