A childcare organization in Singapore is looking for a Centre Leader / Childcare Principal to provide strategic leadership and manage daily operations. Provide strategic leadership to ensure high‑quality programme delivery
Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations in compliance with ECDA regulations
Develop and implement centre policies, SOPs, and quality assurance processes
Manage enrolment, occupancy targets, and resource planning
Guide teachers in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum
Monitor teaching practices and classroom environments to uphold quality standards
Use data and observations to drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes
Ensure alignment with NEL Framework and ECDA quality benchmarks
Lead, mentor, and appraise educators to build a high‑performing team
Identify training needs and support staff in professional development pathways
Foster a positive, collaborative, and values‑driven work culture
Oversee staff deployment, scheduling, and manpower planning
Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement
Address parent concerns professionally and uphold service excellence
Collaborate with community partners to enhance children’s learning experiences
Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, safety, and child protection requirements
Oversee audits, licensing renewals, and regulatory submissions
Manage budgets, procurement, and centre financial processes responsibly
Implement risk management and emergency preparedness procedures
Drive centre improvement initiatives and quality accreditation efforts
Leverage technology and innovation to enhance operations and learning
Lead projects that strengthen centre branding, parent satisfaction, and programme value
