  • Enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols, monitoring compliance and conducting audits.

  • Train and develop kitchen staff while clearly defining roles and responsibilities to foster team growth.

  • Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock management practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline operations and support new initiatives.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of recipes, production logs, and quality assurance reports.
