Job summary

A local service provider based in Singapore is looking for a dedicated technician to install and maintain network and electrical systems. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, carrying out equipment fault repairs, and providing technical support for security products. The ideal candidate should hold a valid driving license, possess a Nitec in relevant fields, and be able to communicate effectively in English. This role may require traveling to various client sites across the island.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3/3A driving license required.
• Willingness to travel island-wide for different clients' sites.
• Ability to communicate well in English and Mother Tongue.

• Install network and electrical cables, trunking, and perform cable termination.
• Carry out equipment/cable fault repairs and condition monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation of network and electrical cable, trunking, cable termination
• Assist in carrying out equipment/cable fault repairs, condition monitoring.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and relevant authorities on electrical work.
• Response to emergency breakdown incident.
• Provide post-sales & technical support for security products, solving technical problems from customer and performs scheduled maintenance visits.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by improve service packaging and products configurations.
• Provide in-house technical training on products such as card access, CCTV & anti-intrusion systems.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Have a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Minimum Nitec in Electrical, Engineering or IT related fields.
• Hands-on with good working attitude.
• Have to travel island-wide to different clients' sites.
• Able to communicate well in English and Mother Tongue.
