A global real estate services firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Capital Advisors Analyst to develop an investment banking career. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparing marketing materials. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. As a CBRE Capital Advisors Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice to clients and execute transactions across capital raising, M&A etc. This role offers excellent exposure across APAC and opportunities to interact with blue‑chip clients – e.g., global real estate sponsors, fund managers, developers and institutional investors.
