Buyer/Planner (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• Daily operation includes Purchase Orders management and resolving supply issue with suppliers
• New Product Introduction (NPI) part management with suppliers from quote up to set up into SAP
• Resolve supplier invoices discrepancy; Goods Receipts and Return To Vendor
• Manage the material obsolescence and inventory management
• Provide timely and accurate supply chain reports as and when required
• Review work methods for continuous improvement
• Any other purchasing tasks assigned from time to time

Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Organised and able to work under minimal supervision
