Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to all corporate guest request and ensure that they are fulfilled to guest’s satisfaction according the highly prescribed standards.
• Demonstrate an enjoyment and enthusiasm for work through effective relationships with other staff and adopting a ‘’Can-do’’ approach to all tasks assigned
• Review all in-house, arriving and departing VIP guests on a regular basis
• Handle all guest’s requests & enquiries in a professional manner
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
• Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
• Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
• Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hotel/restaurant environment
• Customer-service oriented personality
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
